- There is no HOA or HOA dues. There is a small maintenance fee of approximately $125 per month which covers community insurance, driveway repair, landscape, trash, and a reserve fund for future replacement items. Final monthly fee is subject to change while budget is being finalized.
- Engineered wood flooring, fireplaces, alarm and network wiring come standard in each home at no additional cost. Upgrade options include custom closets, solar panels, window treatments and entertainment package at an additional cost.
